Thanks to the high know-how acquired in over 40 years of activity, CTA S.r.l. is able to offer its OEM customers a technical consultancy service in the field of metal carpentry.

The company has specialized, in particular, in the transformation of vehicles and structures of different types, guaranteeing its skills to manufacturers even in the post-design phase.

The technical advice of the CTA, although addressed mainly to the automotive sector, can be extended to various areas of metal carpentry, such as urban furniture, structures for stands, fairs, events and stages for concerts.

CTA stands out nationally and internationally for its continuous innovation and technological development. In addition to technical design consultancy, our company offers an important added value on services related to the development of the project itself, such as tests and certifications according to current regulations. The internal testing laboratory, set up according to ISO17025, guarantees tests on prototypes with increasingly reduced times and certification-proof reliability. 

The cooperation with the main European technical services and  approval authorities, including TUV Rheinland, also allows us to test and homologate the products with mostly any authority of choice, depending on customer preferences. Important investments also concern Lean oriented production; with the new welding cell equipped with two Panasonic TM1400 six-axis Robots, an Omron Collaborative Robot and with the brand new 9-axis ELECT52 Bender, all interconnected in the 4.0 system and with a high level of 3D programming, it is possible to produce welded components even in small series, with an efficiency never seen before.

The customization of production programs can be organized with a balance that allows a flexibility of customized batches and components. All this while maintaining competitive costs and thus leading CTA to meet highly industrial production needs while maintaining a high level of product customization, as well as to promptly respond to new and increasingly stringent industry regulations.
